Shipping Policy

At Creative Income Society, we offer both digital and physical products. Please review the details below to understand how your items will be delivered.

1. Digital Products and Courses

Most of our items—such as digital downloads, templates, and online courses—are delivered immediately after purchase via:

A direct download link on the confirmation page
An email confirmation with access details
Or by logging into your Member Area on our website

If you do not receive access within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder.

2. Coaching and Mastermind Access

If you’ve purchased a coaching package or joined a mastermind, you’ll receive:

A welcome email with scheduling links and access instructions
Zoom links for any live calls (sent in advance of each session)

Please add us to your email contacts so you don’t miss important updates.

3. Physical Products

On the rare occasion we ship a physical product (such as a workbook or welcome gift), orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted.

Processing Time: 2–5 business days
Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days (U.S. only)
We currently do not ship internationally

You will receive tracking information by email once your package ships.
